  • 20week Specific Phase Program - January 30 to Race Day June 18 OR 25week Program includes Pre-Specific Preparatory Phase (recommended)   
  • Individual training plan with access to Fluid Squad sessions and/or our Online community. Program delivery via Training Peaks where applicable. This includes access to training camps, specific training blocks and unlimited access to your coaches.



The Crew had such a positive Cairns race experience with 35 athletes racing across the IM and 70.3 distances. The race week support was the best way to finish off a great preparation, giving the athletes confidence going into their big day knowing we were all in this together. This translated into some great results

  • Cairns Tri Club Challenge – 2nd Place (Melbourne Tri Club)
