THE PROGRAM
- 20week Specific Phase Program - January 30 to Race Day June 18 OR 25week Program includes Pre-Specific Preparatory Phase (recommended)
- Individual training plan with access to Fluid Squad sessions and/or our Online community. Program delivery via Training Peaks where applicable. This includes access to training camps, specific training blocks and unlimited access to your coaches.
RACE WEEK EXPERIENCE
The Crew had such a positive Cairns race experience with 35 athletes racing across the IM and 70.3 distances. The race week support was the best way to finish off a great preparation, giving the athletes confidence going into their big day knowing we were all in this together. This translated into some great results
