Our newly launched Strength & Mobility program will provide high quality, personalised functional strength and mobility training to help optimise your performance. We will utilise One on One and Small Group sessions.

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Sessions will be capped at 3 people

WEEKLY PROGRAM OPTION 

$28 (If currently on a Tri Program) or $38 per week (General Member)  

This Includes:

  • 1 x Small Group Training Session per week
  • An individual Periodised Program to follow via TeamBuildr App outside of the session 
  • Studio entry to follow your program outside (bookings essential)

OR

CASUAL SESSION $25 (If currently on a Tri Program) or $35 (General Member) 

 

 

ONE ON ONE


WEEKLY PROGRAM OPTION

$55 per week (If currently on a Tri Program) $75 per week (General Member)  

Includes a

  • 1 x One on One Session

  • Studio entry to follow your program outside (bookings essential)
