Sporting hero, why - Scott Tinley, I like to think of him as my first triathlon coach, while growing up in Stawell a small country town I had little triathlon training information and the only book in my local library was a Scott Tinley triathlon book. So for the next few years this book became my triathlon training bible! Scott introduced me to ironman training at the age of 13 until my mum became concerned and forced me to get a real triathlon coach!
And of course Chrissie Wellington!
